The Problem
Purpose After Sports had a strong mission and valuable content, but no efficient way to sell and deliver digital products. Prospective users could find info on social or in video form, but there was no streamlined way to purchase workout guides, download PDFs, or complete intake forms that tailor future content. Without an integrated checkout and content delivery workflow, conversions were low and fulfillment was manual.

What They Needed
A functional and user-friendly online platform where:

  • Purchases trigger automated delivery (downloadable PDFs + emailed questionnaires).

Solution
We built a full Stripe-powered eCommerce flow with custom delivery automation:

  • Product catalog & cart: Clean presentation of digital products with clear descriptions, pricing, and add-to-cart functionality.

  • Stripe checkout integration: Seamless and secure payments without redirecting users to a confusing portal.

  • Automated PDF delivery + email questionnaires: After purchase, users instantly receive automatically sent downloadable workout PDFs and a tailored intake questionnaire emailed to them to guide their customized plan.

  • Embedded YouTube and Spotify blocks: Multimedia content integrated directly on relevant pages to keep users engaged and excited about their workouts.

  • Mobile-first and performance optimized: Fast checkout, simple UX, and layout that feels intuitive on phones where most users are browsing.

The design centered on trust and clarity: strong calls-to-action, frictionless checkout, and clear post-purchase expectations.

Outcome
Since the upgrade:
